Dumb as the silence of night
Dark and empty without a light
with no love and no friendship to share

The day as I walked home
Sad being all alone
Hitting the edge of blade

Beyond the slight wave of sorrow

Love is falling for a sentence
My knees are crying for the slavery
Life is hitting on with the gloom
From being apart, being your glory
